Vaidio then analyzes the situation in real time, identifying whether the person is known, behaving suspiciously, or poses a real threat. In a critical situation, either your own security team is immediately alerted or the Synaedge Remote Protection Service steps in — discreetly, efficiently, and around the clock.
Distinguishing between familiar and unfamiliar individuals
Our AI system identifies whether a person is someone familiar, such as a resident, staff member, or service provider. It does so by referencing stored profiles and behavioral patterns. Unfamiliar individuals who appear on or near the property are recognized immediately and treated accordingly. This enables a context-based response — for example, the system can discreetly observe the person or trigger a security alert if necessary.
Face Grouping – behavioral intelligence across time and space
Our AI doesn’t just recognize faces — it connects the dots. Face Grouping identifies when the same unknown individual appears multiple times near your property’s perimeter, even across different cameras and access points. Whether someone is scouting your estate over several days or repeatedly approaching sensitive areas, the system detects the pattern early — giving you time to act before intent turns into action.
Facial Recognition and License Plate Blacklist
Individuals and vehicles listed on a predefined blacklist — for reasons such as threats, trespassing bans, or other security concerns — are automatically identified and flagged. The system triggers an alert before these persons or vehicles reach your property.
